So You've Done the Research...

Now will you actually buy a 3DTV? Some people are!

It's hard to believe that 3d Technology has been taken to a new level in the form of your home entertainment 3DTV experience. But the big companies like Sony, Panasonic and Samsung are already coming out with their versions and they are making their way into stores like Best Buy and Amazon.com already!

In fact, Panasonic just announced that its first 3DTV is available in a plasma TV that, bundled with a 3D-compatible Blu-ray player, It's a bundle that will cost you $2,900 for a 50" TV plus the $400 Blu Ray Player. Of course they throw in the 3D glasses, but a great pair of the 3d eyewear worth $149.

Panasonic is making these available exclusively at Best Buy stores via Magnolia Home Theater. There will also be the larger versions coming soon which include a 54", 58" and 65 inch versions, later this year.

As You Know, They Aren't the Only Ones

There's a whole wave of manufacturers who have already hit the market with their first wave of 3DTVs, DVD players and accessories. Companies like Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Hitachi and Sharp, as well as the retailers already mentioned above. In fact, if you head over to Amazon.com you can get a 55 " Samsung right now!

But even though there are lots of people who are really getting excited and just can't wait to go out and buy a 3DTV right now, I think I'll wait until the Fall of this year when I can see what else they're coming out with, and read the reviews of those consumers who either just bought one or will be buying one before then.

Curious about how you can bring the latest in 3D technology to the comfort of your own home?
